John Lo practices in the areas of civil, business, and probate litigation for Dincel Law Group. He has represented individuals, small businesses, and family trusts in a wide range of matters, from transactional and real estate issues to business disputes and litigation. John has represented both debtors and creditors in in debt collection and bankruptcy matters in California. In addition, John has spent a significant portion of his law career providing pro bono legal services to people in need through the University of San Diego Legal Clinics, the Volunteer Lawyers Program of San Diego, and the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley.
John grew up on the Central Coast of California as a child of immigrants who arrived as political refugees from China. His formative years were spent working alongside his parents at their restaurant, and from this experience he learned firsthand the difficulties facing small businesses and individuals who try to navigate this increasingly complex world.
John attended college at the University of California, Los Angeles, and graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2008. In law school, John won the CALI Award for achieving the highest grade in Constitutional Law, was a learning assistant for two years, and was the student body vice president.
